Rich DeFazio
has been married to Marcie for 30 years. They have 2 daughters – Lydia (23) and Mia (19). Lydia is a 4th grade teacher in Virginia and Mia is a college student at Geneva College. Harper is their 1 ½ year old Labrador Retriever.
Rich’s whole career has been in the construction management industry. He started as an estimator for a painting contractor. It was there he caught the bug on how homes were built. Soon, HVAC – heating and cooling homes, became his interest. He was a midlevel manager in most of these industries. Then he was able to move up into an executive management position for a large real estate corporation. Here he was director of all maintenance and construction for hundreds of apartments with over 30 employees in 3 states.
In July of 2019, the Lord brought him here to be the Director of Facilities and enjoy the blessings of volunteering and serving this church and community.
