is a lifetime member of CUMC.  Her family was one of the first through the doors when the church was originally opened in 1961.  Raised to be an active church member, she was originally part of the youth group and has served over the years as a Sunday school teacher, youth leader, VBS director and UMW president.

Kathy married her high school sweetheart, John, at CUMC in 1975 and they have a daughter, Melanie, a son, Daniel, and 4 grandchildren.  Kathy went back to school when her children reached school age and obtained an AA degree in Computer Technology.  Her career started at Latrobe Steel as part of the computer department and ended as a Business Analyst in the Treasury Department at FirstEnergy Corp. after 25 years of service.

Serving her church has always been part of her life modeled by her parents and grandparents.  She is excited to be able to use her gifts to continue to help the church as Financial Secretary.
