Jerrad Peterman

Pastor of Community Care

is a Western Pennsylvania native that lived much of his life in Jefferson County (Reynoldsville and Brookville).  He received his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration (Accounting) from Clarion University. His education continued to lead him west, and he graduated from The Methodist Theological School in Ohio (North of Columbus) with a Master’s of Divinity degree.

It was while attending Clarion University that he met his wife, Becky. She has been a great companion and partner in his life and ministry since their marriage in 1995. They have one daughter, Emma Grace, who is currently a student at Allegheny College.

Jerrad is pleased to be appointed here as the Pastor of Community Care. It is a setting where he can use his gifts of care and compassion in wonderful ways. He loves being a pastor but has always cringed when people would introduce him as the “preacher”.  He loves to be introduced as “my pastor”.

To expand his knowledge and skills in the area of care, Jerrad is currently enrolled at Liberty University in the online Master’s in Clinical Mental Health Counseling.
