Spring This 'n That Sale 2026

Community Women will hold their annual Spring This 'n That Sale on Saturday, May 2nd from 9 am to 2 pm in the Multi Ministries Room (MMR)/Gym.  A Bake Sale with fabulous homemade desserts will also be offered.

Donations will be accepted in the MMR April 27-30  from 9 am to 7 pm.  Items should be gently used and clean.  We accept most household items such as toys, books, dishes, small appliances, home decor, tools, and craft supplies.  We accept children's clothes only and ask that you save adult clothing for our Clothing Giveaway in the Fall.

We DO NOT accept: extra large or extra heavy items, adult clothing, automotive batteries, built-in appliances, carpeting, car seats, paint, gas dryers & stoves, dictionaries, encyclopedias, entertainment centers, damaged furniture, large furniture, foosball & pool tables, mattresses & box springs, organs, pianos, printers, old-style TVs, tires, toilets, sinks, & vanities.

Please, no unopened boxes.  Please sort beforehand and throw out unaccepted or dirty items.

Volunteers are needed for intake and sorting prior to the sale.  Floor help, cashiers, and clean-up crew are needed on the day of the sale.  Please get in touch with Kathy Shusteric (kshusteric@communityumchurch.com) to help with the merchandise.     Contact Barb Zelezniak  (zturtle@verizon.net) to help with the baked goods.
